Shipping & Delivery

We ship our products to all states in Australia, as fast as possible, with a tracking number for free. We also provide an express postage option for an additional charge of $10.

We do not ship internationally.

You can track the status of your orders by logging into your account and also on the orders and returns page.

 

How long does it take to send the goods?

  • If payment is received before 1pm, then the goods are normally sent out on the same business day.
  • If payment is received after 1pm, then the goods are usually sent out the next business day.

Note: CPAP Machines need to be set up to your specific pressure requirements, based on your Doctor's prescription or existing equipment machine configuration. Usually, we cannot dispatch machines until we have this information.

Please ensure you provide us this information when you process your order. If you do not have a prescription, please contact us for advice. You will receive an email once the goods have been shipped.

 

How long does it take to receive the goods?

It depends on your postcode and the type of product ordered.

All domestic orders are shipped via the Australia Post Parcel network, or via Express courier for eligible destinations.

  • Standard Free Shipping is between 2 - 4 Business Days for most orders, up to 7 days for Rural Locations.
  • While Express $10 shipping is Next Business Day to Most Metro Areas, or up to 2 - 4 Business days for Rural Locations.

 

Returns

If you have a problem or need assistance with any item you have already purchased, please email for support from one of our trained CPAP technicians. Refunds or replacement for faulty or damaged CPAP equipment will be applied when a request has been emailed through to [email protected].

All claims will be subject to assessment of the fault or damage by us or the product's manufacturer and will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions. CPAP Sleep Solutions will assess the level of fault and or damage upon receipt of the products and determine a suitable solution for replacement or refund. If you require a loan machine while yours is being repaired, please email [email protected] to discuss options.

Equipment purchases can be returned to CPAP Sleep Solutions and a full refund will be given where such goods are unused, unopened and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Where the product has been unpackaged and/ or used there will be a 20% processing fee applied which will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Warranty

The standard warranty is 2 years for CPAP units and 3 months for CPAP masks and accessories from date of purchase. Most manufacturers offer an extra 3 - year extension option.

All warranty repairs out of the warranty period will be processed subject to the goods being returned to us at the purchaser’s expense. CPAP Sleep Solutions will supply a rental CPAP machine at no cost for all purchases made for machines made at CPAP Sleep Solutions. Fees will apply for loan machines where a machine has not been initially purchased at CPAP Sleep Solutions.

 

Procedure for Obtaining Warranty Service

In the event that an item needs to be returned or repaired under warranty, it should be shipped by Registered Post, freight pre-paid, with evidence of original purchase (Eg. a copy of the original invoice), to:
